Marketing Techniques

       

Robbie Williams is a highly known British pop star, he spins many dimensions of music and makes the boy pop genre very exciting. Robbie uses Twitter to his advantage as a marketing technique, he has over 2.2 million followers and has done over 3000 tweets. Keeping your fans up to date daily on what you are doing every day is a very good way to keep them interested in you or they could forget about you and therefore your downloads would drop. 2.2 million followers isn't many compared to some big singers and idols such as Justin Bieber and Cristiano Ronaldo but attracts the older generation more.
